Terms of Service

01 Who we are

creatorresearch.dev is operated by Byte Size Curiosity LLC, a New York limited liability company, mailing address 41 State Street, Suite 112, Albany, NY 12207 ("we", "us"). Byte Size Curiosity LLC also operates subanalyzer.dev and YouTubeTranscript.dev. If you don't agree to these terms, please don't use the service.

02 The service

creatorresearch.dev is a research agent for YouTube creators. It finds which videos beat a channel's usual views, follows the channels in your niche, and uses AI models to break down why videos worked and suggest ideas. Scores come from public data that can be incomplete or out of date, and AI analysis can be wrong, so check the source videos before you rely on a finding.

creatorresearch.dev is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by YouTube or Google. Videos, titles and transcripts belong to their creators and are subject to YouTube's own terms.

03 Private beta

The service is in private beta. We let people in from the waitlist a few at a time, and features, limits and availability may change without notice. It is free while in beta; if we start charging, we'll update these terms and tell you before you pay for anything.

04 Your account

Your login is shared with subanalyzer.dev and YouTubeTranscript.dev. Keep your credentials secret; you're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at support@youtubetranscript.dev if you think it has been accessed by someone else.

05 Acceptable use

You agree not to use creatorresearch.dev to:

We may refuse requests, apply rate limits and suspend accounts that break these rules.

06 Using what you find

You may use the scores, analysis and ideas for your own research and planning. Use them as inspiration: make your own videos rather than copying someone else's.

07 Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

08 Ending your use

You can stop using creatorresearch.dev at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

09 Changes and contact

We may update these terms; if a change is significant we'll tell you by email or on the site. Questions: support@youtubetranscript.dev.
